Carried out a series of advisory projects in the area of office market for such lessors as Kulczyk Real Estate Holding, Euroinvest and Rodan SA, Skanska Property Poland, Hines Polska. Worked for Tenants including WSiP, Goldman Sachs, Nomura, BPH TFI, BMS and FK Partners in their search for new office facilities. Advised various entities in the process of purchase and sale of commercial real estate.

King Sturge – Senior Associate Director

Managed the Office Department of Commercial Real Estate division. Responsible for representing developers and Tenant Representation Department, along with coordination of agents’ daily activities. Conducted lease/renegotiation of Pepsi Cola 1500 sqm; BMS 2500 sqm; Rzeczpospolita 10 000 sqm; Polbank 4 000 sqm, and other tenants.

 

CA IB – Fund Manager

Responsible for Real Estate Fund placement – creating funds, formulating investment strategy, marketing strategy.

 

Hines Polska – Marketing and Sale Director

Formulated marketing and leasing strategy for Metropolitan office building. Conducted marketing and leasing for Hines Polska’s daily activities, negotiated lease agreements with McKinsey 2200 m, DZBank 2000 sqm.

 

Skanska Property Poland – Marketing and Sale Director

Responsible for Skanska Property Poland marketing and leasing strategy. Leased, among others, Atrium Plaza building (20 0000 sqm). Tenants: ComputerLand, Lukas Bank, Commercial Union, Saint Gobain, Telefonika, Nationwide and Computer Associates.
